Welcome to Mumma's Bears and More!
It all started with one bear pattern long ago coupled with a desire to find something to help me de-stress from life.
My sons have grown up with my creations all around,
my younger son naming my business for what it is- "Mumma's Bears". As
you can see, over time, more animals have been added (and dolls) which
made the "and More" necessary to add. :)
All animals are made with polyester polar fleece, Emma dolls and Miss Melanie dolls are a mix of polar fleece and knit velour, hand-sewn with double strength thread, stuffed with 100% polyester fiberfill and are able to take a good washing and drying. All eyes are sewn on polar fleece or felt, and happy mouths are cotton thread knotted for tough wear.
After many years of craft fairs, seeing the smiling
faces of kids and thankful parents telling me "they wear like iron" I
would like to send my bears and their friends out into the world with
the peace and happiness they bring me while I create them.
